♦Do not lift too much force when opening or closing the door. Prevent any sharp movements of the door

♦Never stay or cross under a moving door leaf as it may cause serious injury or death
♦Do not strike the door leaf or obstruct its movement
♦Keep tracks and rollers clean, as dirt may prevent the door from smooth movement and cause overloading and damage of the door opener
♦Keep the door opening clear of any objects and liter as it may unblance and jam the door leaf
Warranty
♦We warrant to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free form corrosion for a period of ten years
Storage
♦Sandwich panels should be stored in a producer's packaging on a flat horizontal surface in warehouses or under a canopy for a period not exceeding six months from the production date

A, What are your main garage door products?
Our main garage door products are insulated sectional garage doors,we can offer different materials such as polyurethane sandwich panel, aluminum profile with tempered glass,solid wood,aluminum sheet,laser cut design,and other new materials available.
B. What is the delivery time ?
A: 20 days for the standard colors and 30 days for the customized. Also it depends on the specifications and quantity each order. Shipment time depends on the location of our customers.
C, What is your payment items?
A: Normally we accept 30% for deposit by T/T and the balance would be arranged before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, please contact with us.
D, Can we place one or two sets for trial?
A: Yes of course,this is the better way of quality check. Also if you don't required one whole set, we have small sample in stock as well, it is free of charge,you just need to handle with the freight.It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
E, How can I konw the price exactly?
A: The price is based on your specific requirements, it is better to provide as much as possible information such as color,size,quantity,market location,sales patterns,all of these would be of help us to quote the exact price.
F, Can I order components instead of the full set of door?
Yes, as a factory we welcome business clients purchasing components of the door, such as panels, hardwares, motors, etc., to maximize the benifit of our mutual parties.
