Q1: Are you a manufacturer?A1: Yes, of course.
Q2: What is the lead time?
A2: The lead time is 15 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.
Q3: What sizes of spring do you carry? Do you make customized sizes?
A3: Any size of mattress as you required.
Q4: How is your quality control?
A4: ISO9001, has experienced QC, also we mainly use full automatic machine to produce, in order to minus mistake and worker cost.
Q5: How is your packing for overseas purchasing?
A5: Two main packing ways:
a). Flat vacuum compression: vacuum compressed in wooden pallet.
b). Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled into woven bag
Q6: How do you provide samples?
A6: Samples are available and to be negotiated. Shipping charge is paid by clients.
