A global enterprise, specialized in Spring Machines over 16 years, which locates in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province of China. It is a leader in the industry of Chinese Spring Machinery and mainly focuses on camless spring forming machines, spring coiling machines, spring forming machines, spring grinding machines, spring temper furnaces and other related equipments. It has 100 employees including 5 senior enginners and 30 professional technicians. Main branch offices had already been set up in Zhejiang and Shandong province as well as international agents in Euro, Turkey, Korea and Argentina, which offer a professional and excellent service for the local customers. The introduction and function of the KCT-808:
The machine KCT-808 is a High speed Spring Coiling machine, it's professional for making all kinds compression springs, tower springs, drum-shaped springs, gum springs, canted springs, conical springs, torsion springs, tension springs etc. expertly.
It is composed of 8 Japan Yaskawa servo motor, Taiwan Hust Control system, all axis are controlled by independent servor motor, which make the spring easy to test, with fast speed, high precision, and low noise,and save the cost of raw material, this machine also has the function of straight cutting, subtend cutting and rotary cutting.
It is a new design, stable in operation. It's optional with Internal spring length gage and External spring length gage.

Q1: How to place the order?

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A2: One set. The more you have, the better price you will get.
Q3: What is the payment term?
A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
