Q1: What is your MOQ? A: It depends on its material and wire size. The most common material used for producing torsion spring are 72B,82B, 60Si2Mn and 65Mn. 1. For 72B, no MOQ required. 2. For 82B, if the rquired wire size is ≤7.0mm,then the MOQ is 500KG. 3. For 65Mn, the MOQ is 500KG. 4. For 60SiMn, if the rquired wire size is ≤7.0mm,then the MOQ is 2000KG. Remark: It is recommended to apply wooden cases package for protection during shipment.
Q2: Can you do color spraying on the surface of torsion spring? What colors can you do? A: Yes, we can do color spraying on the surface. As for the color, it depends on the specification&wire size of torsion spring.
